Great hotel with its off-site parking, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. The staff helped me return sim cards I left in my room, which I'll always remember. I'm excited to come back for Christmas!

Location close to all restaurants and the railway station and public transportation and Utica for a family wedding again. The rooms with nice furnishings. Helpful service, good breakfast with a hot meal like waffles and waffles, for instance. Quick check-in, parking inside the hotel.

Here's the real story

This hotel seemed like a hidden gem. The grand historic lobby was fine, and the staff consistently greeted me with warmth and friendliness. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a fantastic mattress for a great night's sleep. Plus, the complimentary parking was a nice touch.

Hotel with food was very good, so that one did not have to leave.

Utica is a barren city. It needs some TLC. The hotel is dated and could use some upgrades. But its history is evident and undeniable.

Conveniently located near local attractions, making it easy to explore.

Parking was a hassle due to limited availability while catering to guests for events.
